Our Med-Elite Stretcher mattress is of the highest quality. The mattress design allows for universal applications. It includes 100% sealed seams, with absolutely no stitching and no zipper closure. The Dartex® fabric cover is comfortable yet extremely durable. Like our patented vent, it is contaminant-resistant. The mattress can be easily sanitized.

We use only premium padding for long life and comfort. All Derby Mattress products are California Technical Bulletin 129 and 603 compliant for fire safety. Testing results are available on this website. Our stretcher pads also come with departmental identification labels as per customer designation.
