Derby incorporates SRT (Strut Reinforcing Technology) Foam Technology for increased durability and patient support. Ready Care Mattresses feature a single layer core construction with unique pin cushion cuts in the heel section The top cover is a soft 70 denier nylon fabric. 100% sealed seams (no stitching on the outside of the cover) extend the life of the mattress, block fluids from wicking inside the mattress, and reduce the potential of unpleasant odors.
